Well respected, 25 year old design / build company seeking experienced people to join our seasoned team. Salary and full benefits package commensurate with experience and skill level. Benefits include vacation, holidays, personal days, health, & 401k with company matching.

Maintenance Sales

Education:

2 or 4 year landscape related degree; 2 or 4 year degree with course work in the landscape field or certification by a landscape association; or equivalent industry experience with or without a degree

Work Experience:

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the horticultural or related industry.

Performance Skills:

Manage multiple projects, deadlines and demands
Effective communicator with clients and management
Complete calculations and paperwork accurately
Computer literacy
Effective time manager
Good listening skills

Knowledge Skills:

Good knowledge of plant material, diseases, insects/pests, chemicals, and irrigation
Good working knowledge of math and business formulas including gross margin pricing

Designer/Sales

5 years minimum experience
Prior field experience a plus
Opportunity for advancement
