Calvin Oyugi

I enjoy bringing a positive, people-first mindset to everything I do and thrive in Great American Landscapes’ respectful, team-oriented culture. I love getting to work alongside such talented, hardworking people who all share the same goal. Whether I’m supporting the crew, working with colleagues, or helping a client directly, I focus on building strong relationships and finding thoughtful solutions that fit each person’s needs.

I take a lot of pride in being part of a company that values quality, integrity, and genuine connection—and I try to bring that same energy into every interaction. The sense of camaraderie and shared values with crews, designers, support staff and clients is something I genuinely appreciate.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family, especially my young daughter. I love the simple things with her – taking long walks, cooking, watching movies, or just being together. I’m also a big basketball fan and try to stay active on the court whenever I can.

If I ever won the lottery, the first thing I’d do is make sure my family is set for life. After that, I’d love to travel the world and experience different cultures and places. If I weren’t in this role, I’d still be doing something that involves helping people. I thrive when I’m around others—coaching, training, selling—any environment where I can learn from different perspectives and make a positive impact.
