Carol O’Neill

As a founding member of our company, with a background in Special Education and experience raising eight children, I bring a unique perspective from having filled nearly every role here. Balancing and prioritizing daily responsibilities one day at a time, and maintaining a positive attitude while doing so, is key for me. What I love – and what challenges me – the most about my job is working alongside my husband and sons – seeing the power of authentic teamwork is inspiring.

On Sunday mornings, I take time to thank God for the graces in my life, always mindful that they are gifts, not something earned. I live by the advice to approach life without an unhealthy attachment to the outcome of your efforts. I take pride in doing my work well and thriving within a “One Team – One Goal” environment.
