Kevin O’Neill

I take great satisfaction in inspiring and motivating others while observing their progress. With 42 years of experience in the field, one of my key challenges at work is problem-solving, which I believe is crucial for achieving success. My perspective is shaped by my experiences growing up with learning disabilities and ADHD, which have instilled in me a profound sense of perseverance and compassion.

Outside of work, I am dedicated to my family, gardening, building, music, and fishing. On Sundays, you may find me attending Mass, tending to my garden, or enjoying coffee with my wife, and I prefer to spend time outdoors from March to December.

If I weren’t in this field, I might have pursued a career in law, exploring a different avenue for tackling complex problems and finding solutions. One key piece of advice I’ve received is to critically assess my own efforts while maintaining a focus on the positive aspects of the world and not letting negativity bring me down. I also deeply value the diversity in people and strive to meet, relate to, and accept them as they are.
