One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is continuously finding new ways to improve our company. I take great pride in ensuring that Great American Landscapes is not only a positive and supportive workplace but also one where productivity and hard work thrive. My goal is to create an environment where employees feel engaged, fulfilled, and truly valued.

Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors—gardening, walking, cycling, or simply unwinding on my deck. Fresh air and sunshine always leave me feeling rejuvenated. My passion for plants runs deep; through years of close study, I’ve learned that if you pay attention, plants will tell you exactly what they need to thrive.

I’ve been happily married to my wonderful wife, Liz, for 45 years. Together, we’ve raised two successful children and now enjoy the incredible joy of being grandparents.

Beyond landscaping, I’ve been an active Scouter for 30 years. Working with young people and their families energizes and inspires me, reinforcing my commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community.
